Anza Narrows

The map at the left shows the location of Anza Narrows, where there is a narrowing of the Santa Ana River, the largest river in Southern California. Due to the nearby location and the long views toward the Angeles Mountains in the north, the San Bernardino Mountains to the northeast, and the San Jacinto Mountains to the east, it is one of my favorite shooting locations.

Many of the posts on this blog contain photos from Anza Narrows and all of the photographs below were made in that location. The cameras used were a Nikon N90s, a Nikon D200, and a Panasonic Lumix G1.
