Nasturtiums

I keep looking at this photo, captured with the five-year-old Lumix FX01 in the Spring of this year. Lisa and I were walking in our neighborhood. She pointed out the flowers and I shot a couple frames, though I wasn’t sure what I’d do with them at the time.

I also didn’t know what the name of the flowers was. Unless I’ve planted and taken care of a particular plant, I typically don’t know the name. I had to ask my daughter Megan, who worked with her mother in the Floral business for two-thirds of her life.
